How LendX handles waitlist information.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, LendX collects your timestamp, name, email, phone number and preferred collateral selection, such as BTC or ETH.

How we use it

We use this information to manage the waitlist, contact you about beta access, share launch updates, understand customer demand and respond to enquiries.

Storage

Waitlist submissions may be stored in Google Sheets through a Google Apps Script workflow and may be accessed only by authorised LendX team members or service providers supporting the launch.

Sharing

We do not sell your waitlist information. We may share information only where required for operations, legal compliance, security, partner workflows you request, or with your consent.

Your choices

You can request correction or removal from the waitlist by contacting us.
